How is the underwear packed to ensure privacy and hygiene during shipping? We treat your personal garments with the highest standard of care! Every Marovault piece is sanitized, folded neatly inside an individual, hermetically sealed bio-degradable dust pouch to block moisture and contaminants. Your entire order is then shipped inside a completely discrete, unmarked, and plain outer eco-mailer to guarantee your total privacy and pristine hygiene from our facility to your doorstep.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order clears our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your comfort haul straight to your mailbox.

Sizing, Fabric Safety & Garment Care

How do I find my absolute perfect Marovault fit? An accurate fit is critical to a chafe-free experience! We provide a highly precise, waist-and-hip-mapped Sizing Chart on every product page. Because our premium elastane blends offer a highly accommodating, dynamic stretch, if you are right on the border between two sizes, we recommend sizing down for a supportive, contoured "hug" fit, or sizing up for a relaxed, breezy loungewear feel.

What are the recommended washing instructions to keep the fabric soft? To preserve the premium MicroModal fibers, waistband elasticity, and anti-odor features over time:

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle, delicate cycle with a mild, dye-free laundry detergent.

  • Wash garments inside out, preferably inside a mesh laundry bag to prevent friction with zippers or hooks from other clothing.

  • Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to air dry naturally in the shade. Never use chlorine bleach or industrial fabric softeners, which can coat and degrade the breathable microporous fibers.

Will the fabric cause irritation on hyper-sensitive skin? No, never. Skin safety is our ultimate priority. All Marovault fabrics are strictly certified hypoallergenic and utilize skin-safe, non-toxic dyes. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Safety

What is your return policy? We want you to move with absolute joy! However, due to strict federal health, personal hygiene, and sanitary safety regulations regarding intimate apparel and underwear, we enforce an absolute policy: we accept standard returns or size exchanges only on items that are completely unworn, unwashed, and unopened in their original, factory-sealed individual hygienic dust pouches with all security labels untampered with within 30 days of delivery. We highly recommend purchasing a single piece to verify your perfect size before opening an entire multi-pack.
